Children are always welcome in the B&B rooms and apartments of Villa Flora Mountain Lodges in San Cassiano and in all Alta Badia, that offer numerous family attractions.
In summer, lots of fun is guaranteed along themed trails, on farms, playgrounds and in outdoor activity areas. Such as, for example, the large sports area of San Cassiano, located just 80 m away from Villa Flora Mountain Lodges and equipped with tennis courts, football field, beach volleyball field, track for pedal go-karts, numerous inflatables and so on. Among mountain attractions stand out the Movimënt Parks, situated on the mountain plateau between San Cassiano, La Villa and Corvara. The nearest Bear Park Piz Sorega can be reached from San Cassiano with Piz Sorega cable car and features a mini-golf circuit, a zip line, various water games with wells and fountains, a beehive-shaped slide and a splendid "bear cave".
The cave can also be visited in winter, before rushing down from Piz Sorega along Tru Liösa Foram toboggan run. For future ski champions there are various school slopes where they can learn skiing basics and special runs to improve the skills, like Kidslope Pralongià, that can be tackled and enjoyed together with parents or qualified ski instructors. Other family destinations include Ursus Ladinicus Museum in San Cassiano and, if you come in December, the Christmas market of San Cassiano or a bigger one in nearby Brunico/Bruneck.
It's not just fun for the little ones – for adults it's also a possibility to escape from everyday duties and feel themselves children at least for the time of the holiday.
